Meet Zach. He and his companion, Zoey, are bonded and both incredibly sweet. They need a place to call their own. We are not sure why they were owner surrendered. We could not leave them at the shelter. It would not have ended well for them, and they deserve to live out the rest of their lives in a happy home. They are fully vetted and healthy.
